KUNDANG And KUANG Will Be A Goldmine in 2012
Assam Jawa-Templer Park Highway, LATAR, E 25 is a new planned expressway that will be constructed in Selangor, Malaysia. It connects Asam Jawa near Kuala Selangor to Templer Park near Rawang.
Project was awarded to Bina Puri Holdings Berhad for contract amounting to MYR 958 million. The construction is divided into two packages, package 1 of the proposed design-and-build contract is from Asam Jawa to Kundang, while package 2 is from Kundang to Taman Rimba Templer.
Work will start in the third quarter 2008 and is expected to be done in mid 2011.

KLANG Valley's northern corridor, which is still relatively untapped compared with the rapidly developing central and southern corridors, is ripe for more exciting changes and progress, going forward.

More innovative residential and commercial products that are in the pipeline, including gated residences and lifestyle retail projects, will further spruce up the corridor's landscape.
